If you have acknowledged that your subscription will auto-renew, you must sign in to your Account and Cancel the Subscription.
Access My Account
- Sign in to guidestar.org.
- Click on your name in the right corner of the home page.
- Choose My Account.
- Choose Manage my Subscriptions.
- Click on Cancel Subscriptions.
- Click the blue Stop Renewal button at the bottom of the page.
A confirmation showing auto-renewal was successfully stopped will appear on-screen. If you do not see this confirmation page, please refresh your session and repeat these steps to confirm the renewal has been stopped.
