Email Address must be Registered
The email address of the person you are adding as a manager must be registered and verified with GuideStar before you are able to assign them permission to manage and update the organization's profile. If you attempt to add an unregistered email address, you will receive an error.
How to add Additional Managers
Sign in to guidestar.org or register.
Click Update Nonprofit Profile at the top of the home page.
Click on Assign Managers.
You will see on the page where to add a registered email address. When adding an email address you may also send a personalized message.
How to Remove Managers
Sign in to guidestar.org or register.
Click Update Nonprofit Profile at the top of the home page.
Click on Assign Managers.
Click on Remove Manager to un-assign an email address.
