Add Photos

  1. Sign in to guidestar.org or register.
  2. Click Update Nonprofit Profile at the top of the home page.
  3. Click on the "Actions" button then click on Edit. 
  4. Choose Social & Media on the left-side of the page.
  5. Choose Photo.

The picture requirements for the social media section are pretty strict. The width has to be over 256 and under 450 pixels while the length is over 256 and under 330 pixels. For best results, make sure your photos meet the below requirements:

  • Upload a JPG, GIF, or PNG not larger than 750KB.
  • Resolution should be under 450 px wide and under 330 px high.

Remove Photos

  1. Sign in to guidestar.org or register.
  2. Click Update Nonprofit Profile at the top of the home page.
  3. Choose Edit Form under Manage.
  4. Choose Social & Media on the left-side of the page.
  5. Choose Photo.
  6. Select the Delete link to the right of the image (Sometimes, given various browser and computer settings, you might not see that link displayed. Scroll to the bottom of the photo section, and then scroll to the left and up. The Delete link should appear.).

Updates made to your Nonprofit Profile do not automatically sync with our partner sites. Most updates appear on our partner sites within 24-72 hours. Updates are only sent to AmazonSmile on a monthly basis, typically around the 22nd of each month. Once AmazonSmile receives the updates, it can take them one to two weeks to update the information on their site.
